McCarty Party ’84 (the “Olympiad” as it’s affectionately remembered) was sort of like “The Return of Stupidity,” or in layman’s terms, a time to get drunk and mean it. This was the party that truly put McCarty Party on the map (primarily because that was the first year we aided party goers by including a map in the invitation).
More importantly though, the Olympiad saw the addition of now time-honored events such as Stupid Beer Tricks, Beer Drinking for Time and Distance, the Lip Sync Contest, and the classic Taking the Bras Off the Debutantes. McCarty Party ’84: The Video Game also made its debut.
